You can use CLEO on your Android without Root access






Installation process

Step 1

Download mod apk

Step 2
Add any letter or number on the folder "com.rockstargames.gtavc"
(Example: com.rockstargames.gtavc1)

Folder location

Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc
(Rename the folder from this location to save your game progress)

and
Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtavc
(Rename the folder from this location to prevent obb file from being delete)

Step 3

Uninstall original apk
And install mod apk

Step 4

Now delete the letter or number that you added on the both folder

Step 5

Download zip file of scripts and extract
Download scripts

Step 6

Now move or copy all the scripts
(Any folder should not include) and paste them to
Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/(paste here)

Now launch the game and enjoy CLEO workout Root

It works perfectly on Lollipop, Kitkat and lower version. 70% of chance that it won't work on Marshmallow and upper version. So if your are using Marshmallow or upper version, please don't waste your time here. But it works on some Marshmallow devices. You can try
